    You MUST be cleared through Athletic Clearance with a current FHSAA physical and the three safety video certificates uploaded. THE COACH WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAPER COPIES AT TRYOUTS. THEY MUST BE UPLOADED INTO ATHELTIC CLEARANCE. 

    PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE INFORMATION. This includes uploading page 4 of the FHSAA physical, watching the safety videos and uploading the certificates of completion. More information can be found on the first page of the ATHLETICS web page under athletic clearance and physical information. 

    If you have already completed an athletic clearance for football, volleyball, cheerleading, Dancing Paws or Majorettes and decided to try out for basketball, baseball or softball, please go back in to the CURRENT clearance and add the sport(s) your student wants to try out for.
